“We are not from here” is about three boys who take on a dangerous journey from Guatemala through Mexico in the hope of reaching the U.S. one day. After realizing that their hometown is not safe anymore, they follow the route of a freight train called La Bestia. All they have is one another when facing the dangerous unknown.
